It drives what we do on a day-to-day basis and also our long-term goals.

We are fortunate to have a dedicated, selfless Missions Team, led by Beth Packman, Tammy Seiler, Dawn Lynch, and multiple volunteers who make serving in our community and world possible.
Recently they had a visioning session for 2023 and wanted to THANK YOU for making the following (and much more) possible.
Packing and Sending College Student Care Packages
Six Times a Year for 32 students

West’s Christmas Mission of Sharing Love
Fourteen families – over 63 individuals with in-kind donations totaling more than $9500
Backpack Food Mission w/ St. Therese Feeding Families in Need
Bi-weekly 20 times per year
Serving 99 students

Hosted two community events: Halloween and Easter

My Sisters House for Battered Women (15 baskets with self-care items)
Mooresville Christian Mission (MCM)
Four Saturday Serve days yearly
37 volunteers and supported with our Christmas Eve offering of over $1100
Third Creek Middle School
Donated items for Student Supply Closet equivalent to $1,567
Supporting Teachers on two special holidays with lunch/desserts, in-kind donations of $2,375
Helped Students with their End of Grade Testing with in-kind contributions of $810
Back to School Bash
Helping students begin the school year with all school supplies, new tennis shoes, and joyful anticipation of a great year ahead!

Acres of Hope International in Nebbi, Uganda
Child sponsorships provided food, school tuition fees, and medical needs transforming the lives of orphans and vulnerable children.

This impact, and more, draw us together and forms West Church! It’s what Paul writes about when he talks about using our gifts to serve as Christ served until we’re all moving rhythmically and easily with each other, efficient and graceful in response to God’s Son, in Ephesians 4: 7-13.
