What to expect?
Yoga is less about flexibility and more about stretching our muscles and joints. However, it’s not all about the postures.
It’s a mind, body, soul connection. You will learn several breath techniques to send cleansing energy through your body. In addition, meditation is incorporated into the experience to help keep you present. Finally, you will learn the yoga asanas (postures) with modifications because all body types are different.
