The dates are set and registration is open for the next trip to Nebi Uganda.  We will leave early morning on Friday  October 12 and return mid afternoon on Saturday the 20^th.    This will provide us 6 full days on the ground.  The focus of the trip will be determined by the make up of the team going and the current needs in Nebbi.  There will definitely be a child ministry provided!

Cost of the trip has been set at  $2600.00.  This includes airfare, accommodations and food on the ground in Uganda, visas, travel insurance, and necessary trip supplies.  Required shots, required malaria medication,  food in the airports, personal snacks/supplies  are not included in the fees.

In order to reserve the flights, the church has paid a large portion of fees upfront.  At this time, we are asking that if you are committed to going on this trip, that you get your $300 deposit in to the church office ASAP.  The trip will cap out at 20 people maximum.   There will be no additions to the trip after 8-15-2012 due to airline requirements.

Following is the payment schedule.  If someone signs up after  a payment is due, the total amount to that date is due immediately.

 Typically the following vaccinations are  needed:  yellow fever, Hepatitis A and B, Typhoid, polio booster and malaria medication.  More personal information is obtained through your doctor.
