About Williamson’s West
We are a satellite campus of Williamson’s Chapel UMC and our goal is to take the DNA of a dynamic church and plant it at the Hwy 150/Perth Road community and live out the mission of the church:
Changing Lives and Changing the World through Jesus Christ.
Easy – It should be easy to go to worship.
It shouldn’t be something you dread or find intimidating. If you come looking for a way to connect and plug in, then we have opportunities for you to do that. If you are just looking and not ready to make that step, you can remain as anonymous as you like.- No one is going to be “in your face” trying to pull you into something, but hopefully you will be made to feel welcome and appreciated for choosing West as a place of worship that day.
Exciting – It is our goal to make each week relevant and exciting.
You can expect to hear a message that is applicable to what is going on in your life and music that is high energy. We will not be a church where things are the same week after week. Our goal is to be a church that does not “huddle” but one that seeks to make a difference in the lives of others and a difference in this Lake Norman community and world.

Do you enjoy wearing a suit and tie? Then feel free to wear one to West. Do you enjoy wearing blue jeans? Then by all means – grab your favorite pair and wear them to worship. Shorts? Go for it. No one cares what you wear… we just care that you are here!
